At NYC United Limo, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to make the cancellation and refund process as simple and transparent as possible while ensuring fairness for both our clients and chauffeurs.
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, waiting times, and additional stops for all services booked through NYCUnitedLimo.com or our third-party reservation system (LimoAnywhere).
1. Cancellation and Refund Terms
To accommodate your scheduling needs, cancellation timelines vary depending on the type of vehicle reserved. Please refer to the table below for full details:

Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- A 4.00% credit card processing fee applies to all refunds (even if eligible for a full refund) when payment was made via credit card.
- “No-show” refers to situations where the passenger is unavailable at the scheduled pickup location or has not canceled within the specified time frame.
- For reservations made through LimoAnywhere, refund timelines depend on the processing schedule of that platform.
2. Additional Waiting Time and Stop Policy
We understand that travel plans can include unexpected delays or extra stops. However, extended waiting or unscheduled stops may incur additional charges as outlined below:

Limo (16–18 passengers) | 15 minutes | $225.00 flat (even if under 1 hour) | $50.00 per stop |
Bus (24–36 passengers) | 15 minutes | $150.00 flat (even if under 1 hour) | $75.00 per stop |
Bus (56 passengers) | 15 minutes | $180.00 flat (even if under 1 hour) | $75.00 per stop |
Additional Terms:
- The grace period begins at the scheduled pickup time.
- Waiting charges start once the grace period expires.
- “Stop charges” apply per additional stop requested that was not included in the original booking.
- Airport pickups follow a separate waiting policy, based on flight tracking and driver dispatch timing.
3. Modifications and Rebooking
If you need to reschedule or modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but such modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur adjustment fees.
4. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when:
- The client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, or
- Cancels after the driver is already dispatched.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the full fare amount will be charged.

6. Exceptions
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond client or company control (e.g., major traffic accidents, airline cancellations), NYC United Limo may provide partial credits or rebooking options at its discretion.
7. Policy Updates
NYC United Limo reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
